In an evening salon at the Headlands Center for the Arts we've been collectively combining current developments and research in biotechnology and crossed it with the existing species and ecology in the Marin Headlands to envision new symbiotic relationships in the park. These visions are proposing questions to challenge our current understanding of national parks and the approach to preservation.

Our imagined possible hybrid species were then placed on the national park's map. The evenings results were embodied in a corporate field trip hiking guide speculating bi-directional. Projecting into the geologic past and providing guidepost and background informations on the respective new species.
